As I said on another thread, my PEP was just approved, but I'm American. Not sure if there are unwritten "criteria" for Indians, since there are so many here already.

Thank all of you for your advice, it is much appreciated. I took most of it when doing the application. I'm pretty excited. All the sudden recruiters want to call me back now. haha
