I have taken a look on the Joeysafe and it looks reasonable. I also have found the Cosco Tote 'n Go which looks a little bit more stable.
So at the end we have to decide about this alternatives.

We will get a an education allowance but this is just for school fees. Do someone know how expensive the Kindergardens are in SG ? And another thing is how much tax one has to pay roughly.
