Clothing Manufacturers

Hi there I'm looking for some clothing manufacturing contacts in Singapore/Malaysia or Thailand that can make and supply Chef Wear. As it's a specific type of garment I can supply designs, etc.. It will be a new venture so numbers would be sketchy initially until I can get the business established. ...

Hey there Stayed at the Baiyoke Sky a couple of years ago, quite plush, large room, pretty grumpy reception staff but that's often the case with hotels that have large party bookings as well as independant guests. Well situated, taxis mega cheap, get them to pop the meter on for you before they driv...

My other half starts his new job in Singapore in June and has been told by his new company that he will be taxed a flat rate of 9% once a year in arrears.

Does this sound right?

Hmm............ The girls and I have had many conversations on this topic. Unfortunately we've not managed to come up with any answers. On the other hand, there's nothing worse than a guy going on a date with a woman who feels the need to tell him all about how wonderful her ex was. Why isn't she st...

Getting Married

Hmmm.......

He asked me at Christmas and produced a ring. Turned out he'd put it on his credit card. Don't need a ring and he doesn't need a big credit card bill so I made him take it back to the jewellers.

Och Aye!

Thanks Beekster

Worth a try, I make great Haggis Pakora!

The old boys made a right old mess of the tablecloths with their barbecued beef stir fry. Note to self, only serve them white food.

See you later

Stains!

Hey there Found this on some website. I have no idea what Naval Jelly is though!!!! Removing Stains For rust stains, you can remove superficial stains with vigorous scrubbing using a soft cloth and a non-abrasive mild detergent. If this does not remove the stain, try an application of naval jelly or...

Ah, living together!

Hey Stu and Beek Thanks for your replies. Now, here's the rub! We've been together over 4 years but he has his own place that his kids can visit at weekends and I own a business which incluces live-in accommodation. Soooo, that means that we have no proof that we are a couple, only thing that I can ...

Apartments

Hey Eric

Thanks for the info. The alternative is S$1500 a month and find our own place. Viable/Possible?

If we take their accommodation they throw in all the utilities and furniture but I think the S$1500 has to cover everything.

All help gratefully received.

Costa Del Sol Apartments

My other half received his formal job offer in the post today so his notice will be going in on Monday. We've been offered an apartment in the Costa Del Sol Complex. Anyone stayed at these apartments that could tell me what they're like?

Have a great weekend everyone!
