Even if NTU accepts the prior convictions, you may still have a hurdle to cross when applying for a student visa. This is because the ICA does take a serious view against prior offences, especially drug offences. I know of people who were denied work permits because of this reason.

They used to be good - until the last few years when they started running as a business instead of a passionate pre-school. I find their curriculum a mish-mash of various things without focus and the teachers only so-so. There are better alternatives out there.

Holy Grace Kindergarten on Upper East Coast Road and Nanyang Kindergarten in Bukit Timah are the only 100% Mandarin pre-schools in Singapore that I am personally aware of. Most others are not pre-schools but enrichment centres offering 1-2 hour weekly programs.
