Due to previous statement, I call to ICA & check why is my application went to 'withdrawn' from 'pending'. The officer over the phone can't really give me an exact answer. Apply as a family you stand a better chance of approval, don't worry that hubby doesn't have a degree, they have approached you for an answer so include your hubby for a better chance!
