Yes, I took the 1st pill one night before the op and the 2nd pill one day after my op. but still ok. The 2nd pill should be taken after ur op on the day after u are awake but it still ok to take from the 2nd day aft ur op. It shld be able to rcv ur SinEech if u order now and send by express courier...
