Please see a doctor for Roaccutane

THis is definitely the best acne drug in the market. Please see a doctor to get your blood tested for it - as long as you have a healthy liver, you can use it safely. Not for pregnant women though. It is quite expensive, about S$6 per pill. But it works MIRACLES. I had an operation last year that to...

Hi Bremen, First of all, I installed the PC suite. After that, I went to "Synchronisation" under "Conectivity" in my phone. I was prompted to give a server address, server username as well as password. When I tried to ignore and save the account, I would be given the error message "URL missing". The...

How to synchronise K700i?

Can any kindly give a step-by-step guide to synchronise the Sony Ericsson K700i? I've gone through the manual and installed the PC suite, but every time I try to create a new account, I'm being asked for the server address, and I don't know what that is. I've tried to contact Sony Ericsson but no on...

Lose weight while u sleep - does the Hibernation Diet work?

the person who sold me the product told me that for people who really want to lose weight, they should take the shake for both breakfast and dinner, but they are allowed to eat a full lunch. in between if you really get hungry, you may take a fistful of unsweetened/unsalted nuts or fruits/berries. H...

Hi there, I have learnt for a very brief while with a Caucasian teacher named Scott before. I think he is a really good teacher. Do avoid those large commercial yoga centres, even tho they do provide coaching on an individual basis. I'm stuck there but am learning nothing. You can find out more abou...

Hi Rachel, understand that you are after a Caucasian Expat, but guess there's no harm introducing a really good stylist to you. My stylist is Singaporean, but I see quite a lot of Caucasians visiting her salon. She's called Madeline Leong and is the Director at Hair Mechanics@Plaza Singapura, #02-12...

According to Dr Seow Choen, former head of colorectal surgery at SGH and now in private practice, the belief that fibre helps cure constipation is a myth which should have been dispelled long ago. In his experience, patients with chronic constipation are helped by eating less fibre, not more. I know...

Hi miu miu, I'm an avid fan of SKII in the past, but one of my friend developed allergic reactions to it due to the yeast. She started having flaky skin that was both itchy and red. Having said that, it has worked some wonders for other friends too. One lady friend of mine has glowing skin now, wher...

I used to take Herbalife's Formula 1 (it's a shake). While it is really effective, it can get really boring after a while, having to drink shakes day in day out. After the first month, the milky taste kind of scared me off. But many people I know really lost weight from it, provided they are discipl...

HI,

can try out Skin Food's Healing Bath Gel and lotion, each priced at $3. I think it's really effective, and economical. You can find it at some Guardian Pharmacies. So far I've seen it at Plaza Sing, as well as the Guardian at Tanjong Pagar Mrt Station.
