Very helpful original post. I'm looking at a serviced apartment and most of the tenancy agreement looks up to snuff. Besides taking the 'immoral' clause, the only other clause I'm not sure about is one that has the tenant pay all legal costs in the event the landlord sues the tenant. Is this normal?...
