Why not?

Singapore is great for anyone but locals right now. Odds are your job will pay more, and you can get one of the nice private properties which locals can't afford.

Crime is low, infrastructure is great, education is optimal, and any racism would work entirely in your favour.

Yes, you should show your transcripts at private universities such as Stansfield or Informatics. While there is no guarantee, you will probably get a few exemptions.
