Appropriate approach to incorporate + next steps
Folks, Would value you your opinion on the following. I wish to incorporate a business in Singapore. The business would be a startup venture with Yr focus on R&D ( so no revenue), revenue starting to come in in year 2, but still running @ a loss, yr 3+ being the profit making years.
