you can try sushi yoshida tuck in a little corner @ killney road, heard good reviews abt the place!

another place you can try is kuriya at scotts, the building next to isetan scotts.

yes, all the stalls in hawker centres allow take-away (some may charge extra for take-aways) however, not all the restaurants (except fast food joints) home delivery. restaurants allow you to order and take-away though...
