I've seen candidates with braces get through Management round! Probably because their braces would be off by the end of the 4 months of training:)

Yar alot of information to absorb. Sometimes quite dry. *yawns* but it's fun, and i like the friendliness around STC. LOL! oh ya, i seriously hate the hairdo and makeup. oh wells...
