Congrats! I plan on doing the same although I dont have a wife to depend on and have been here for much less time (around an year). Plan on being a pest and crash at my folks place and maybe tour North India for a month. My head would explode if I stayed at the same workplace any more.

Ive had 2 Managers till now, both local (Chinese Singaporeans). The first one was awesome, the second one micromanages me and wants accountability for each minute of my time . Oh, and the second one is a lady. Helped me make up my mind to pack my bags and leave soon, sigh.

The one in Tanjong Pagar is my favorite (Chinese Vegetarian!+ the usual Indian+Malay+etc, no Thai though). The one near PSA is huge with lots of variety. Been to the Eunos one too but didnt like it much (no variety )
