It cooked up pretty well, the taste and colour were a bit different but definately not bad. Something for special occasions though I think at $13 per kilo !!

I found some !! The Marketplace in the basement at Tanglin Mall, and they had a good supply - quite pricey though...............
p.s. The rhubarb & strawberry pie sounds divine - enjoy !!

I would like to buy some rhubarb and can't seem to find it anywhere. I have just returned from Australia where I had bought some to bring back with me - and went and left it there in my friend's fridge - grrrr If anyone knows where I can get some please could you let me know.....
