Ya, from what I gather on this forum, if you're not careful, you can end up with a really bad agent but wasn't aware that you have to be careful of landlords too!

What should I be on the look out for in terms of agents or landlords?

We've always lived in suburbia since the kids were young but now would like to live in a more "downtownish " area.
