Yeah I saw stuff like that around the Sembawang shipyards too. It's really crazy. This and the caucasian expats training / race-cycling at peak hour around Jurong. It was actually really cool (and really crowded)... until it started to pour (at the encore). And it was really heavy rain. But somehow it made an atmosphere that fit perfectly with the concert.

There are dozens of condos along Boon Lay Way, Corporation Road, etc. You can just take a cab ride from Jurong Point shopping centre to Jurong East, along Boon Lay Way, and you will spot many of them on both sides of the road. It goes from average to very good ones. Expect to pay 3000$ for a 2 bedro...
