Can S Pass or PR holders bring their parents to stay in Sing

Dear all,

Appreciate your feedback on the post question, if the person is holding S pass or PR, can they bring their parents to stay in Singapore?

If so, for how long or it will only be short stay?

I am just wondering if the lady manage to get the PR but after that she divorce the guy, during the 5 years renewal, will her PR get revoke? Any people heard or come across such cases.
