You mention Paya Lebar, and there isn't a lot of major offices there. Are you working right next to it, in Singpost? Perhaps for a four letter MNC? I've been reading up on the duties required and would definitely pay them. Best I can tell, even with the duties, it's much cheaper to buy a couple bottles here and bring them with me rather than buy them in country.
