The Prince of Wales in Boat Quay recently opened. Great location, close to the mrt, free brekkie, live music on Sundays. Its pretty good, google it. Its a flat rate of $25 a night. They also have a fantastic play list.

I have that same problem. I love rock music and there is an international release for a band that I like. I can't find it here either. Anyone know where I can get good rock/metal music cds? And no its nothing the local radio stations would ever play.

CNA released news on last minute ticket sales. It doesn't apply to swimming though. Argh!

I am still hoping tickets will be sold outside the venue. I called and they said that there may be a possibility that there will be some just before the event. Asdracles and JaanJ, do you have a spare ticket for tonights Swimming Finals? I will buy it from you.

They have done a good job. I tried to get tickets to the Swimming on Friday and they're sold out. I have seen many empty seats on tv though. Ugh. I would've loved to see that event, gutted! I was all set to scream my lungs out for the young Viking.
