Vegetarian substitute for a holiday turkey

Hello, we have just moved here from Canada and will be spending the holidays here. Back home we use to buy a turkey roast which is essentially a tofu turkey. I can find lots of tofurkey products, but not the actual roast. Has anyone seen these around town? Or something similar? Thanks to anyone who ...

The Salvation Army will come and collect it. They "ask" for $60 to pay for transport, but it is not mandatory.
