Well , that a sad thing that they do not treasure talent from Higher Nitec.

But in terms of education status, I suppose higher nitec is the better among N and O, firstly Higher Nitec they have a relevant skills that they learn in ITE.Secondly, some of the Higher Nitec holder are O' cert holder as well , definitely Higher Nitec holder are better than O'level holder's.

Are ITE Higher Nitec recognised by SIA? In terms of SIA view, O'level and ITE Higher Nitec ,which one they recognised more?
