Turnaround flights, then why the stewardesses have to bring big luggage as if they are from SIA or something?

If only for a one night(emergency), they dont have to bring big bags.

I went to the budget terminal yesterday. And it was horrible and disappointing. I think it look more cheaper then what it suppose to look, budget. Only TR fly there and i didnt see any of the TR crew except ground staff. Do you all have to report to the office for briefing bofore boarding the plane?...
