I have had several Russian Visa's both Tourist and Business and used VisaHouse and will always use them, I had no problems getting my visas.

As for Russian staff heehee it sure is a unique place and the mentality of some(most) will shock most I think.

You would be talking about forming a private limited company, limited by shares, with all shares wholly owned by your AU company. You would need a nominee director and a registered address..
