Please use MAKE-UP REMOVER.. If you only do light make-up, I can say that some Gel-based face cleanser are able to remove light make-up but if you put make-up based, foundation then pls use Makeup Remover.. after that use apply TONER wit cotton pad. Toner is not meant for heavy cleaning. It is used...

Hi! I'm a smoker smoking more than 20 cigs a :mad: day for the past few years. I've tried to cut down to less than 10, but have :shock: experienced dizziness and lots of mucus/runny nose... so i'm stuck at 15, which seems the optimum point. But what do you suggest, because i want to give up smoking...

That has been closed for ages, since i was in Secondary ONE and that was more than 10 years ago...
