Alliance Francaise is a cultural center and a language school at the same time. You should totally check that place out, it's near Newton MRT... Las Lilas Spanish Language School at Bencoolen Street? Or Liberis Language School at Parkway Mall, #07-21 - I love going there to buy Etapas $20SGD language textbooks. We haven't have a lot of Hispanic/Spanish Expats here YET. Wait until Latin America is developed and they'll come. Give another 5-10...

1. Go to Newton MRT, then walk to Sarkies Rd 2. French Movies at $8 per ticket every Tueday, 8pm 3. Free French Singing classes every Saturday, 1pm 4. Perhaps you can go to Alliance Francaise (near Newton MRT)
I know this is unrelated to your post, but I know of a French-Vietnamese couple in that Association, and they will make a Vietnamese booth during the Francophone Festival in March. Just go there and you won't be dissappointed.
