Has anyone done Rhinoplasty & Double eyelid surgery at the same time or is it not advisable to do both together?

Why do most of the website/blog show pictures with people without makeup in their before pic but with makeup in their after pic? Sometimes their pose and the way they take their picture is different too so it's hard to see how much it changed. Btw, there seem to be so many post where they edited the...
