Note! Only two, TOUCH and Fei Yue Community Services, are accredited to do HSR in case you intend to adopt from China.

According to MSF there are six agents that can do the HSR (home study report) http://app.msf.gov.sg/Adoption/Applyfor ... eport.aspx

We just booked a time with SACAC for the obligatory pre-briefing, 50 min, 200$, three weeks waiting time.
