RELC and British council provide English courses. You can check their websites. But they can be quite pricey. Alternatively, your friend can engage a private tutor to help with the English. I might be able to help your friend on this.

I'll be off to NZ in may for a holiday. visiting auckland and taupo. need help in deciding which places to visit. i am on my own so i need to probably book tours once i am there.
