Regardless, I'm glad you had the patience to wait it out. Again, Congrats! Yes you were right and a big thank you for your ...

The only time a letter from an MP might help is if one spouse is a Citizen. Even then, it's rare that they are successful. Been rather close to that problem a number of times. Totally waste of time to seek help from MP. You will see their expression change as the more you seek for their assist. Tru...

No harm trying, but even letters form MP are useless these days as they receive too many.

Hi Isabelle, Just to share. I think the best bet would be when both you and your husband status improve( such as salaries, number of years working and staying here) I can see you have better status then your hubby, at less you have fix monthly income. I know it's tough but just have to bite the bull...

Thank you SMS. My boy will be SG citizen and that's my intention. However, if application still been rejected then I would be really lost and speechless. If so, what would be your advice?

Have appeal after 2nd day of rejection from ICA. Went to see the officer and attach new letter from Doctor that my wife was 2 mths pregnat. Status has been change from "rejected" to "pending". It's been 3 month+ and still pending...is it because my baby has yet to come out? Btw, it's a boy. Does the...

Then I would suggest you just leave it were it is at the moment and once you pass the two year marriage mark then apply again. Pushing and appealing before then will just give the impression of desperation on her part, which would not look that good to ICA. Yes, you are right. My application was re...

Hi trishawn. Honestly, the chances is very low. 1. You been away form SG for too long. ( Any vaild reason?) 2. Married and divorced is something ICA very partical about.( Fake married) 3. Have you declare your income tax or CPF for the past years?( Jobless?) From ICA point of view, I don't see there...
