Am planning a 2 weeks holiday for 3 adults and 1 kid to the above. Which airline gives the best offer?

Any recommendation on hotels? You can suggest from YHA to 3 stars. Only for sleeping. I got relatives in NC and DC. So I just need hotels in Orlando.
