Shima at Goodwood Park is good.
So is Inagi-Ku at Raffles City.

The Thai restaurant that my friend use to frequent is called Tanying (Noble Lady). It serves a royal Thai cuisine - even the real Thai princess ate there. The dessert buffet is to die for. Hi

Try the restaurant on the ground floor of Tekka Mall for Indian food. Great price. Not buffet though.

Also, for a 'upper' class one, try the Tiffin Room at the Raffles Hotel.
