I myself became a much more observant person since I started riding a bike and yes, some drivers in Singapore are a-holes. Especially when you see them driving in Malaysia lol!

Woodlands checkpoint is hectic at most of the times except for the wee hours 1am to 4am. So basically As a rider I would avoid times from 6pm to 11pm to enter into Malaysia. If they reject your EP / S Pass application even though you have a service obligation with MOE. Doesn't that means you won't need to serve your obligation since ICA or MOM doesn't approve of you? 8-) 8-)
