Hi Lynsicus, I had the same issue when my parents visited, my mom only eats gluten-free. We ended up going to regular restaurants where she could find plenty of gluten free food. I've being going to Inlingua for 4 month and they have a fairly good basic level. The problem comes when you get to higher levels and they discontinue your classes due to lack of teachers or students.
