Cliff, are you a guy i respect guys that understand these sorts of things. I agree, both elements are important, however diet could also effect, in a major way? i am unsure but it wouldent hurt as you would need to keep the energy levels higher than usual if you are going to exercise best wishes, so...

mmmm it depends upon the size as to the size of the scar... i wish i could help more but thats the only relevent info i can give i would have went through with the surgery to have a "suspected cancerus" mole removed at which point they tolf\d me it wasent nessersary lol oh gosh i am drawling on here...
