I'm pretty sure most schools have a school nurse, even the smaller ones.
If your child requires learning support you may be rejected at profit, or not for profit schools.

Regarding the schools, OWIS is surrounded by major construction. My opinion would be the best picks from your choices might be Avondale.
Be prepared to see much smaller sized school grounds than you are used to in your home country.
