Hi I am an expat with blonde hair and have been living in Singapore for 6 months. So far I have not had my hair done here and my fear is that getting blonde highlights here may turn out yellow or orange if I'm not careful about where I go.
Any salon or colourist suggestions from blondes in Singapore?
