Glad the move has gone well, I'm coming out in a just over a week so in a similar position to you. I'm coming out alone so keen to get to know people and explore the area and try my hands at some new stuff. Just give me a shout would love to tag along

Thanks for all the kind support and offers of drinking buddies. I'll be sure to look people up once I'm out there. Makes me a feel a lot more confident I'm going to fit in fine and love it!

Am moving over to teach in the next few weeks. Will be good to meet new people. Keen to have a go at anything, especially try my hand at some new sport. Was big into kayaking but have let it slip recently so any chances for similar kind of things I'm game. Feel free to get in touch.

Amazing, where are you moving from? What are you coming out to do? Would be great to meet up. I'm being put up in a hotel for the first 10 days but after that (hopefully) I should have my own place and be a bit more settled. Keep me posted on how you're getting on and we should catch up in Singers! ...
