Mild benefits: foreign spouse on LTVP can be hired on Work Permit without a foreign worker's levy needing to be paid or adding to the company's I reign worker quota.

It's not a transfer, the Employer has to apply for their WP and once approved, then the LTVP is canceled and the WP issued. When they leave the job, the WP will be canceled and they will be put on an SVP to give them the time to reapply for the LTVP or possibly will be put directly back on the LTVP...
