Hi there,

you probably need a company stamp to go with it. Further you need to consider what kind of business you are embarking upon. For example, a F&B business prob requires a food or alcohol license from NEA while a tuition center would required you to get approval from MOE.

Most of the time, the company secretary in Singapore is a qualified CPA or CA. The Company Act only dictates that the company secretary should be an individual above 21 of age and possess a good knowledge of the Act. There is no certified requirements for a secretary to be a chartered one.
