I just got my Madical Examination done today at SATA in Jurong East for $42 (includes X-Ray and HIV test), total time about 20mins and the results will be ready the next day.

They are very quick and all the tests done in one place.

Hey Ajasyd, I'm an Australian who just started working in Singapore and I know what you mean about it being hard finding a job while overseas. When I in Australia I was called up for a number of interviews for jobs in Singapore but as soon as they found out I was in Australia and could not meet them...

Thanks Everyone!! lol Charlatan your the first person I know who wants to delay their application. :D I believe you don't need to wait to apply for your RP but I have to get all the docmuation from home first. Na don't worry about it because you did it by the form (not online), which takes longer. As they need to send it in and then wait for a letter to be sent back before you find out the answer. Say it takes 2 days to send it in and then 4 days to process and then 2 more to send back. It can take more t...

I can't really remember because I had a car, but I think its less than a $1 per trip. Also you can get monthly tickets which are cheaper again. I'm not sure if you know but the uni has no train station so you can only get there by bus. Altitude on the other hand is next to a train station making it ...
