hi, wear and tear in singapore term is turns old.....marble flooring yes u hv too cos u fail to maintain......dirty wall....not need to paint, holes on the walls...u hv to seal it.. new furnitures does not wear n tear in two years....but miss used it but it boil down to yr connection with the LL Wow...

Well it depend whether u appoint the agent to search a unit... or is it adv sale.. if u did ask the agent to look for you than you hv to pay... but for buyers hdb must pay.....it the practise here....
