I already found the solution. Here: Special note for users with Linksys WRT54G/GL/GS routers , there are severe problems with them when running any P2P app The following note does NOT apply to WRT54G/GS v5s! Use the latest official firmware (1.00.9+) with those, they do not suffer from this problem....

Recently problem starts when I changed my net server to wireless maxonline, my bittorrent hardly download anything. I had turn off my window firewall and granted bittorrent access permission for panda like I used to be but it still won't work. How to solve this problem?
