Can anyone inform me what type of personnel is most sought after? i am a commercial catering equipment engineer and kitchen designer for fast food restaurants, hotels, schools, colleges, hospitals etc. I had my own company in the uk for 10 years and now want career advancement and a fresh challenge....

so i have to enter on a tourist visa then look for some work, after i have found a position i should then apply for a work permit???? have i got this right.
