Where is the best place to buy a tailored suit in SG - budget is around $500 - heard that can get something pretty special here.... (couldn't even get a tailored shirt in UK )

I am a Software Developer from UK working in SG: 1) Either - depends where you want to go! 2) SG wages are lower but cost of living is lower.
