It`s been a few years since I was last in Singapore, but I may get an opportunity to visit soon. I remember there was an excellent Nasi Padang restaurant on Jalan Pisang (near Sultan Mosque) called the Hjh Mainumah . Is it still there? Their website is no longer up.
