25/M new in Singapore, arrived in September. My job is quite restricting so have not met many people my age around the island or outside work. Would be nice to meetup with ppl for hang outs on weekends or after work sometimes )

Use Firechat. Using whatsapp would entitle giving phone numbers. Firechat focuses on mesh design, no phone # needed.

I heard that the previous owner of Kasr sold it to non-Lebanese and opened Urban Bites. Need to try that then, seems that its quite good as well.
