do you mean a guarantor when you're signing the bond? If so, it is complusory to have a guarantor...if not, you cannot join silkair...and that goes for othe airlines too. This is because if you break the bond before the stated period, you'll need to pay a lump sum of money so someone has to be there...

If you've read through the past threads for silkair, you would notice that Silkair only does turnaround flights. As such, Silkair cabin crew do not stay over at destinations. Well, at least you get to come home everyday...
