magrit: yep the chance is greater if someone in JAL recommends u in. however u need a japanese for recommendation, and someone related to cabin division. if you have connection. pls use the top management if not CAs do not really have power for recommendation.

To Lolitaa: no we dont fly european routes. interviews will be based more abt urself, your hobbies and short intro abt urself. they will not ask u abt JAL history, however ask abt ur image on JAL so prepare your interviews. know what you're talking abt. dont go without any preparation. keeping quiet...
