Kinda liked Evolve when I was very keen in learning self-defence and boxing but shifted to Fitness First after a couple of months because it's incredibly cheaper. Yeah, I believe Amore is exclusively for women only. Can't complain with Fitness First.

Could be, but it depends on what the content is. I've heard that fat burner pills like Garcinia, CLA and the like are really effective, but the need to exercise and to have a healthy diet are strongly emphasized to make it work.

"Good" is somewhat broad and is very subjective. The Cliff is quite a popular place for an exquisite dining experience but I personally like Ku de ta's vibe.
