Yes, there are number of techniques used during rhinoplasty surgery that will make the nose appear narrower is called Alar Base Reduction (reduction of the nostrils). However, by increasing the projection of the nose it can eliminate the need for Alar Base Reduction.

Hi, I'm going to be in Taiwan between Nov and Feb next year. I thought I'd get a rhinoplasty done at the same time. I'm looking for a doctor that could straighten my bump and give me slimmer nose.. any recommendations? How about Fabulous clinic or Dr Kao ?

You can probably find cheaper hospitals in Singapore but you shouldn`t go for somewhere because it`s cheap especially with something as important as surgery.
